Luis Arroyo Chiques is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Aguas Buenas. Arroyo is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) and has served as mayor since 2005.[1] In 2015, he announced that he would not seek reelection.[2]
