Lyclene kontumica is a moth of the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by Vladimir Viktorovitch Dubatolov and Karol Bucsek in 2013. It is found in Vietnam.

The length of the forewings is 9-9.5 mm for males and about 11 mm for females. The forewings are bright yellow with a blackish-brown pattern and the hindwings are light yellow with a darker margin.[1]
