Lena Stigrot (born (1994-12-21)21 December 1994) is a German female volleyball player, playing as an outside-spiker. She is part of the Germany women's national volleyball team.

She competed at the 2015 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix,[1] and at the 2015 European Games, 2015 Women's European Volleyball Championship. [2] and 2019 Montreux Volley Masters.[3] On club level she plays for Raben Vilsbiburg.
