Yasushi Adachi (足立 康史) is a member of the Nippon Ishin no Kai[1] serving in the House of Representatives,[2] a position that he has been elected to two times, once in 2012, and again in 2014.[3] Adachi supports the making free education a constitutional right, saying that it would help slow the decline in birthrate.[1][4]
