Humayun Khan (born 31 August 1932)[1][2] is a former Ambassador,[3] Foreign Secretary,[4] High Commissioner from Pakistan to India and United Kingdom.[5] Presently he is serving as the Chairman of Institute of Rural Management (IRM).
