Datana chiriquensis is a species of moth in the family Notodontidae (the prominents).[1][2][3][4] It was first described by Harrison Gray Dyar Jr. in 1895 and it is found in North America.[1]

The MONA or Hodges number for Datana chiriquensis is 7914.[5]
