Bellulia basalia is a moth of the family Erebidae first described by Michael Fibiger in 2010. It is known from northern Vietnam.
The wingspan is 13–15 mm. The forewing is purplish black. The crosslines are black, indistinct and the medial shade is well marked. The hindwing is greyish brown, without a discal spot and the underside is unicolorous grey.
