Macroglossum clemensi is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from Sulawesi.

The length of the forewings is 24 mm for males and 25 mm for females. The abdomen has a pair of conspicuous lateral white spots. This species is similar to Macroglossum albigutta albigutta but the area distal to the pale median band on the forewing upperside is darker. The basal area of the hindwing upperside is also darker and more extended.
