The Billingsdal is a valley in the municipality of Skjåk, Innlandet county, Norway.

Billingsdal (Billingsdalen) is part of the valley of Ottadalen, one of the lateral valleys of the Gudbrand Valley. For many centuries a route traveled from the village of Lom up through Billingsdal and then down to Nordfjord and Sunnmøre. Travelers who cross the Strynefjellet mountainous area go through Billingsdal. Coming from Stryn and Geiranger, the route will overtake Grotli, a village situated where the Old Strynefjell County Road 258 (Fv258) takes off from National Highway 15 (Riksvei 15) west of Skjåk municipality crossing Billingsdal with high mountains and several rivers before eventually coming to the village center of Bismo.
