Events

The Renaissance is in full swing by now, and many new musical forms are being created, including the motet.[citation needed] Music leaves an emphasis on chanting and simple melodies to polyphony and homophony.[clarification needed] The Renaissance is considered by some[weasel words] to be the birth of modern music.
