RC Lousã is a rugby union team based in Lousã, Portugal. As of the 2012–13 season, they play in the First Division of the Campeonato Nacional de Rugby (National Championship).

History

The club was founded by Professor José Redondo, after whom the club's home ground is named, when he taught Physical Education at the Escola Preparatória Carlos Reis for a year.

Their first match at senior level was against now-defunct GD Moitense, with Lousã prevailing 21-18.
