ADAC Laboratories was a Silicon Valley medical device company that was acquired by Philips in 2000. ADAC specialized in nuclear medicine and nuclear imaging devices. It was founded in 1970 and in 1996, it was the recipient of a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award[1] It was acquired by Philips for $426 million, and incorporated into Philips Medical Systems (later Philips Healthcare). [2]

Products

Radiation Therapy Planning systems. Imaging systems were also portable. They were the leaders.
