A Flame to the Ground Beneath is the second and final studio album by the Swedish progressive metal band Lost Horizon, released in 2003.

The song "Highlander (The One)" achieved popularity in the early 2010s as an Internet meme, often paired with a scene from the animated film Highlander: The Search for Vengeance.
