Abbeville (Irish: Baile an Phíopaire)[1] is a townland in the Barony of Ormond Lower, County Tipperary, Ireland. It is located in the Civil parish of Lorrha.

Although a rural area, there are four buildings on North Tipperary County Council's Record of Protected Structures (ref S1-S4) [2] within this townland, Somerset, Abbeville House,[3] Lackeen House and a small country pub located on the R438 road.
