Abdelhakim Elouaari (born September 4, 1980 in Charleville-Mézières) is a French professional footballer. He currently plays in the Championnat de France amateur for FC Libourne-Saint-Seurin.

He played on the professional level in Ligue 2 for Stade Reims.

His brother Hicham Elouaari is also a footballer.
