Abdur Rasheed Turabi is a well-known politician of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. He is the ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami.[1] He is a well known columnist. He remained Nazim e Kashmir of islami jamiat talaba.[clarification needed] He participated greatly in the freedom movement of Kashmir. He also remained member of legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
