Abukar Arman ([Cabukar Carman] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help), Arabic: أبوكار أرمان) is a Somali political analyst, writer and former diplomat. He previously served as Somalia's Special Envoy to the United States. Arman is also a widely published foreign policy specialist, writing extensively on Somali and international political affairs.[1][2]
