Adama Traoré (born 17 January 1989) is a Malian footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Calais RUFC.

Career

Born in Bamako, Traoré began his career with the Centre Salif Keita, here earned in the season 2007–08 his first professional caps[1] and signed than on 6 October 2008 for Paris Saint-Germain.[2] After seven games for the reserve and two games in the Ligue 1 left in summer 2009 PSG to sign for SR Saint-Dié.[3] He played in the first half of the 2009–10 season three games for his club SR Saint-Dié and signed in January 2010 for Calais RUFC.[4]

International career

The attacking midfielder is part of the Mali national under-20 football team and presented them at 2009 African Youth Championship in Rwanda.[5] Adama Traore also played for Botswana under 23's during the 2010 world cup qualifiers.
