The Adams Memorial Building is a historic municipal building on West Broadway near the center of Derry, New Hampshire. The two story brick structure was designed by Lawrence, Massachusetts, architect George G. Adams, and completed in 1904. The building originally housed a variety of municipal offices and the local library. Local events are occasionally held in the theater ("opera house") of the building, located on the upper level. The building is an unusually elaborate Colonial Revival structure for what was at the time a fairly small town (population c. 3,600 in 1920).[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.[1]
