Adelophryne patamona is a species of frog in the family Eleutherodactylidae.[2][3] It is endemic to the Pacaraima Mountains of southwestern Guyana,[4] where it occurs at higher elevations on tepui slopes. It is most closely related to A. gutturosa.[5]
