Adolphe Klingelhoefer was a French track and field athlete who competed at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Klingelhoefer competed in the 60 metres event. He placed either fourth or fifth in his five-man first round heat and did not qualify for the final.

In the 200 metres, Klingelhoefer placed third in his semifinal heat and did not advance to the final.

Klingelhoefer did not finish his first round heat of the 110 metre hurdles.
