Ahmed Abu Bakar Said Al-Kaf (born 1983) is an Omani professional football referee.[1] He has been a full international for FIFA since 2010.[2] He refereed some matches in AFC Champions League.

During a group match between Singapore and Malaysia at the 2014 AFF Championship Ahmed Al-Kaf awarded a penalty kick in final minutes of the game, leading to Malaysia beating Singapore.[3]
