Ahmed Hifzi Pasha

Ahmed Hifzi Pasha (Turkish: Ahmet Hıfzı Paşa) was the Commander-in-Chief of the Ottoman army that defeated the Greeks in Epirus in the Greco-Turkish War (1897).

He had these commands :
