Airini Grennell

Airini Nga Roimata Grennell (11 February 1910–8 December 1988) was a New Zealand singer, pianist, broadcaster. Of Māori descent, she identified with the Ngai Tahu (South Island), Ngati Mutunga and Ngati Tama iwi. She was born in Waitangi, Chatham Islands, New Zealand on 11 February 1910.[1]

Her second husband was artist Rudolf Gopas.[1]
