State Route 44 is an 11-mile (18 km) long route in Marion County, Alabama in the northwest part of the state. The southern terminus of the route is at its junction with U.S. Highway 43 and State Route 118 at Guin. The route’s eastern terminus is at its junction with State Route 129 at Brilliant.

Route description

State Route 44 is routed along a two-lane route for all of its existence. The route serves as a connector between Guin and Brilliant, passing through rural areas of Marion County. Roughly two mile before its eastern terminus, the route junctions Interstate 22.
