The northern terminus of SR 95 is located at an intersection with US 431 to the south of downtown Eufaula. From this point, the highway travels in a southwesterly direction to Abbeville. From Abbeville, the highway travels in a southeasterly direction to Haleburg. From Haleburg, the route resumes a more southerly track to Columbia, ending on a concurrency with SR 52. CR 95 continues south through Gordon en route to its southern terminus at the Florida state line. There, it continues as County Road 164, which leads to County Road 271 and Sneads.
