Alexios Michail (Greek: Αλέξιος Μιχαήλ; born 18 August 1986) is a Greek footballer who plays for Greek Superleague side PAS Giannina F.C.. Till the 2014/15 season has 215 appearances with the club in all competitions (13 goals).
Michail went on loan to Lamia F.C. and Panserraikos F.C. early in his football career.
