All Saints Ward is a three-member ward within Kettering Borough Council and is commonly regarded as a marginal ward between Conservatives and Labour. The ward was last fought at Borough Council level in the Kettering Borough Council Elections 2011 local council elections, in which one Labour seat was gained, and one Conservative held. Therefore 2 Labour councillors and one Conservative.

The current councillors are Cllr. Michael Brown, Cllr. Jonathan West and Cllr. Michelle George They are contactable through Kettering Borough Council website.

Cllr. Jonathan West moved to Corby mid-term (2011-2015) and sought to represent the people of Corby Rural in the 2013 Northamptonshire County Council Elections, where he lost to Conservative Stanley Heggs. Cllr. Jonathan West, on defeat, has since moved back to Kettering Borough, although outside of the Town itself in a nearby village.

Cllr. Michelle George is thought to be standing down at this election due to moving to London mid-term.
