Allauddin Adhbhuta Deepam (Template:Lang-te) is a 1957 Telugu Drama film directed by T. R. Raghunath and produced by T. S. Balaiah.[1]
It is based on the story of Aladdin and his Magic lamp.
It is simultaneous produced in Tamil language entitled Allavudeenum Arputha Vilakkum (Template:Lang-ta) [2] and Hindi as Alladdin Ka Chirag.[3]
The Plot
The story is about Alladin and the Magic lamp. Jaffer, the magician comes to know about the Magic lamp from his friend. Alladin is the only person capable of getting the lamp. Jaffer gets Alladin under his care by masquerading as his uncle. He takes Alladin to the cave. After procuring the Lamb, he comes to know about the attitude of Jaffer. He escapes with the help of the Ring and reaches his mother. He throws the Magic lamp into the backyard thinking that it is the main culprit.
Alladin grown up as a vagabond and without work. He faces lot many problems and comes to know about the powers of Magic lamp. He recovers the Lamp and finally marries the Princess.
