Ambrose Phillipps

Ambrose Phillipps (c. 1707 - 6 November 1737)^[1] was an English politician. He was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Leicestershire at a by-election in February 1734,^[2] and held the seat until his death in 1737.^[1]

He was an early member of the Society of Dilettanti.^[3]
