Ambrose Phillipps
Ambrose Phillipps (c. 1707 - 6 November 1737)[1] was an English politician. He was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Leicestershire at a by-election in February 1734,[2] and held the seat until his death in 1737.[1]
He was an early member of the Society of Dilettanti.[3]
