Amphisbaena carvalhoi, also known as Carvalho's worm lizard, is a worm lizard species in the genus Amphisbaena.
Etymology
The specific name, carvalhoi, is in honor of Brazilian herpetologist Antenor Leitão de Carvalho, who collected the type specimen.[1][2]
Geographic range
It is found in northeastern Brazil in the state of Pernambuco.[3]
