Amy Siu-haan Cheung (Chinese: 張小嫻) is a Hong Kong-based writer, romance novelist,[1] columnist, and magazine editor. She has published over 40 romance novels and many essays.

Biography

Cheung was born in Hong Kong in July 1967. She attended Hong Kong Baptist College, during which she worked part-time as a scenarist and administrative personnel in a TV station.

Her first novel, "The woman on the bread tree"(《面包树上的女人》)[2] was published in 1995, and as of 2014, Cheung has published over 40 novels, most of them are in the romance genre. Her works also appeared on newspapers and magazine numerous time over the past decades, particularly on the Hong Kong newspaper Apple Daily. Cheung also found the magazine Amy in 1998 in Hong Kong.
