Andy Maddocks (born 28 November 1967 in Manchester, Greater Manchester) is an entrepreneur and musician who founded Skam Records,[1] an independent electronic label, in 1990. He is also a member of Gescom with Darrell Fitton and Russell Haswell.[1]
