The Jos Province is one of the 14 ecclesiastical provinces of the Church of Nigeria. It was one of the original 10 provinces created in 2002. It is divided in 10 dioceses, 31 archdeaconries and 137 parishes.[1] Their first and current Archbishop is the Most Rev. Benjamin Kwashi, also the Bishop of Jos.[2]

The 10 dioceses of the Jos Province are:

  • Jalingo (10 December 1996) (Bishop: Rt. Rev. Timothy Yahaya)
  • Jos (10 January 1980) (Bishop: Most Rev. Benjamin Kwashi)
  • Langtang (22 May 2008) (Bishop: Rt. Rev. Stanley D. Fube)
  • Maiduguri (28 September 1990) (Bishop: Rt. Rev. Emmanuel Kanu Mani)
  • Pankshin (6 March 2007) (Bishop: Rt. Rev. Olumuyiwa O. Ajayi)
  • Yola (26 September 1990) (Bishop: Rt. Rev. Marcus A. Ibrahim)
