Antoine Culioli (born September 4, 1924) is a French linguist of Corsican origins. He developed a linguistic theory known as “Théorie des Opérations Énonciatives” (sometimes abbreviated as TOE).

He was influenced by Émile Benveniste, Gustave Guillaume, and the Stoics.
