Arthur Roche (1950-) is a Roman Catholic bishop who is the the current bishop of Leeds in England.

Born in Batley Carr, he was ordained a priest in Leeds in 1975. He was appointed auxiliary of Westminster in 2001 and bishop of Rusticiana, having been consecrated by Cormac Murphy O'Connor.
