Javier Arturo López (born Feb. 22, 1983, in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico) is a Mexican professional baseball pitcher with the Diablos Rojos del México.

López made his minor league debut in 2001 in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. From 2001 to 2008 in the minors, Lopez had a 38–39 record with a 5.15 ERA.

López made his major league debut on April 29, 2009, against the Colorado Rockies.

The New York Mets designated López for assignment on Feb. 22, 2010, but he cleared waivers and returned to the Mets camp as a non-roster invitee.

López signed a minor league contract with the San Diego Padres on January 28, 2012 for 2013.
