Ashan Bayyan S. Holgate (born 9 November 1986, in Swindon, England) is a footballer currently a free agent following his release from Southern Premier Division club Chippenham Town F.C..

Holgate rejoined Newport County on a permanent contract on 13 October 2009. However, his contract at Newport was terminated by mutual consent 22 January 2010. He then Joined Maidenhead United were he scored 11 goals[2] Holgate signed for Southern Football League Premier Division club Swindon Supermarine on 27 February 2010.

On 23 November 2012, Holgate joined Oxford City.[3]

In December 2014, Holgate signed for Chippenham Town.
