Aspergillus recurvatus is a species of fungus in the genus Aspergillus. It is from the Nidulantes section.[1] The species was first described in 1965.[2] The genome of A. recurvatus was in 2016 sequenced as a part of the Aspergillus whole-genome sequencing project - a project dedicated to performing whole-genome sequencing of all members of the Aspergillus genus.[3] The genome assembly size was 30.72 Mbp.Cite error: The opening <ref>
