The Búri-cave is located in south west Iceland and were discovered in May 7, 2005 by the volcanologists Björn Hróarsson. The cave is one of the most remarkable discovered caves in the last 1000 years.

Location

The cave is located next to Þorlákshöfn and from Reykjavík around 28 miles in south east direction on the Reykjanesskagi peninsula.
