Frank Steve Balazs (January 23, 1918 – July 7, 1962) was an American football player who played professionally for the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL) from 1939 to 1945. He was selected in the 18th round of the 1939 NFL draft.[1] A member of the 1939 NFL Champion Packers, Balas played in the annual All-Star Game that year. He played College football at the University of Iowa.
