Barmas, Gilgit

Barmas is name of a locality on a foothill near Gilgit city, in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It is one of the oldest settlements in the district Gilgit. Barmas is divided into two mohallah, Barmas pine, and Barmas Bala. Barmas Gah is a stream that departs from the namesake "Khur" Template:Scl icon means a source of fresh water, can afford water supply to Gilgit city including the localities nearby.[1][2][3][4][5]
