Bashkim Renneke (born 10 December 1992) is a German–Albanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for VfL Osnabrück.[1][2]

Career

He was born in Halmstad, Sweden, where his parents had emigrated to escape the tension in the Balkans at the time, and they later settled in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, Germany. His family was then deported back to Kosovo in August 2003 but he returned to Germany a year later after he was adopted into a German family living in Hövelriege and took their last name Renneke instead of his original last name Ajdini.[3]
