Beáta Bena Green, is a South African actress, model, business owner, and story teller. She is best known for the roles in the television soap operas such as Deep State, Arendsvlei and Die Spreeus.[1]
Personal life
She holds a Bachelor's degree and Masters degree in arts at the Stellenbosch University.[2]
Her cousin Tamaryn Green crowned Miss South Africa 2018, and 1st runner-up at Miss Universe 2018.[3]
Career
During her life at Hottentots Holland High School, she performed in many theatre plays such as: My Life Sandy, Cinderella Van Die Kaap and For Colored Girls.[4] In 2013, Beáta crowned Miss Teen South Africa. In 2017, she won the provincial category at Miss Mamelodi Sundowns.[5] Then in 2020, she participated to the Miss South Africa 2020.
In acting, she made the television debut in 2018 on KykNet telenovela Arendsvlei, where she played the role of "Kim".[6][2] Then in 2019, she appeared in two television serials: as "Tasneem" in the Die Spreeus and as "Siena" in the Deep State.[7] In 2020, she joined the cast of popular SBC2 soap opera 7de Laan and currently playing the role of "Shady Vermuelen".[8][9] She also acted in the short film Wilgerdal directed by Nicolaas de Jongh.
