Bellulia basalia is a moth of the Micronoctuidae family. It is known from northern Vietnam.

The wingspan is 13-15 mm. The forewing is purplish black. The crosslines are black, indistinct and the medial shade is well marked. The hindwing is greyish brown, without a discal spot and the underside is unicolorous grey.
