Benjamin Lewis Hodge (1824 – August 12, 1864) was a Confederate politician who served in the Confederate States Congress during the American Civil War.

Hodge was born in Tennessee and later moved to Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He married Caroline Dudley Cash on March 18, 1852.[1]

During the Civil War, Hodge represented the state in the Second Confederate Congress in 1864.

Lt. Gen. E. Kirby Smith occupied the Hodge residence during the use of Shreveport as the Headquarters of the Trans-Mississippi Department.
