Betty Jean Rusynyk (October 22, 1924 – April 7, 2013), née McFadden, was an All-American Girls Professional Baseball League pitcher who played for the South Bend Blue Sox in 1943. She was right-handed and her nickname was "Mac".

She later spent eight seasons with the Savanna, Illinois All-Star team and 5 years with the Lakewood, Ohio Rangers.[1]
