Bielcza [ˈbjɛlt͡ʂa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Borzęcin, within Brzesko County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Borzęcin, 10 km (6 mi) north-east of Brzesko, and 56 km (35 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 1,600.
