William Charles Johnson (October 6, 1960 in Wilmington, Delaware), is a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1983 to 1984. He signed with the Philadelphia Phillies as an amateur free agent in 1980 and was traded by the Philadelphia Phillies with Dick Ruthven to the Chicago Cubs for Willie Hernández in 1983. He played for the Cubs in 1983 and 1984.
