Billboard Top Country Hits: 1989 is a compilation album released by Rhino Records in 1993, featuring 10 hit country music recordings from 1989.

Each of the tracks reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart during 1989 and early 1990. The songs are dated according to their chart debut month, a difference from many of Rhino's earlier "Top Hits" series which chronicle the tracks by peak month.
